All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) may be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email when your order has been shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).

Note: During peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather events, high order volume, or supply chain issues), processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on the destination, carrier delays, and other external factors.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, package weight, and delivery address.
Any shipping promotions or free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the product page or during checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

5. Shipping Addresses

We ship to physical addresses within the United States and internationally to selected countries.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless specified otherwise.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of order. F1 TACTICAL is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

If your tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier.
If the package cannot be located, contact us at f1tacticalgear@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
F1 TACTICAL is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered due to customer error or carrier mishandling. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

7. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
F1 TACTICAL has no control over and is not responsible for any delays or charges caused by customs clearance.
Please ensure your country allows importation of the items purchased. We are not responsible for items rejected or confiscated by customs authorities.

8. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Any product labeled as pre-order or backordered will include an estimated ship date on the product page.
All items in a combined order will ship together once all products are available, unless otherwise arranged.

9. Changes to Orders

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address, items, or method of delivery. Please contact us immediately at f1tacticalgear@gmail.com for assistance. Orders that have already shipped cannot be modified or canceled.

10. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall F1 TACTICAL be held liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages resulting from shipping delays, loss, or mis delivery beyond the actual cost of the purchased goods.
