Thank you for shopping with F1 TACTICAL. We value your business and strive to ensure your satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all returns, refunds, and exchanges for products purchased from F1 TACTICAL and forms a binding agreement between you (“Customer”) and F1 TACTICAL. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Policy.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the shipping carrier. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

The return must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt.
Note: Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected at F1 TACTICAL’s sole discretion.
2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. F1 TACTICAL is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
3. Return Authorization Process
To initiate a return, the Customer must contact F1 TACTICAL by email at f1tacticalgear@gmail.com within the 14-day return window and provide the following:

F1 TACTICAL will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Do not return any items without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may be refused.
4. Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected:

If approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
F1 TACTICAL does not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item or size, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Include clear photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number.
F1 TACTICAL will, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund for verified claims.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, except as required by law:

8. Limitation of Liability
F1 TACTICAL shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of returned products, beyond the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
